Our Story

Welcome to Gifts By EKA!

We are an online gift shop based in Sydney, Australia. We curate and deliver beautiful hampers and gifts Australia-wide. 

Gifts By EKA was conceptualised during a worldwide pandemic. When Sydney went into lockdown in early 2020, our founder, Kay, was determined to find a way to connect with family and friends. 

Having curated gift hampers for those near and dear to her, she saw the excitement and happiness that each gift delivered. 

The website launched on the 1st of August, 2021. Since then, we continue to deliver happiness one gift at a time!

 

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to share kindness and deliver happiness one gift at a time by simplifying the gift giving process for you. 

 

OUR FOUNDER

Gifts By EKA was founded by Kay, wife and mother to three daughters- Eva, Kristina and Angela. They are the inspiration behind the business name which consists of their initials.

Kay has a background in finance and accounting. She has worked in various industries including advertising, accounting, human resources, payroll, hospitality, retail and importing. 

She is passionate about her family, business, baking, and cooking traditional meals with her daughters. She enjoys attempting new recipes, eating, drinking, exercising and taking long walks.
