Refund policy

Refunds

  • All products are "final sale". Please choose your gift carefully as we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns based on change of mind.

  • Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Damages

  • We take great pride in wrapping and ensuring that your gift arrives safely.  However, damages may occur during transit.  Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) if any of the items are defective or damaged.  This will enable us to evaluate the issue and make it right.  

  • If your item/s arrive damaged please follow the steps below: 

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item.  

  2. Email the photo to giftsbyeka@outlook.com and provide a brief description, your order number and contact details so we can evaluate the situation. 

  3. To be eligible for a return, the gift box and all contents must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. 

  4. We will advise the next steps to have the items returned to us.  

Deliveries returned to us 

  • If you provide an incorrect address or there is no one available to accept the delivery, packages may be returned to us.  If this occurs, refunds are strictly not permitted.  We will however, contact you to rearrange an alternate delivery address which will incur a re-delivery fee which will be passed onto you.
