Ordering

When should I place my order?

To ensure your gift box arrives in a timely manner, please place orders early to allow sufficient notice for us to pack, dispatch and deliver the gift box to the nominated address. 

For last minute orders, we will endeavour to assist as best as we can to get your order packed and shipped as soon as possible.  

How do I track my order?

We strive to give our customers the best service and will keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to confirm your order. 

You will be notified via email and/or text message once your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order right through to delivery. 

Can I pick up my order?

At this stage, we dispatch our parcels straight to your recipients door via Australia Post.

When will my order be dispatched?

We will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 business days (weekdays) after you place your order. 

How do I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible via email: giftsbyeka@outlook.com and we will assist. If your order has been packed and dispatched then unfortunately we won't be able to cancel the order. 

What payment method do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

Shipping

  • We deliver Australia-wide

  • Flat rate of $13.95 applies for standard shipping per gift box order

  • Express post is available at $20 per gift box (select at checkout) 

  • We ship via Australia Post 

  • Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to confirm your order. 

  • You will be notified via email address and/or text message once your order has shipped.  A tracking number will be provided. 

  • For large orders of multiple gift boxes or corporate orders, please email giftsbyeka@outlook.com before placing your order so we can advise of your shipping costs.  This will depend on the size and weight of the box 

What happens if I'm not home to accept the delivery?

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package. 

Your package will be delivered contactless and left in a safe place at the discretion of the driver.  If it is not safe to leave the package, Australia Post will notify your recipient on the mobile number or email address provided when your order is placed. Your recipient can then pick the package up from the nearest Post Office.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.

If a re-delivery is required, we will contact you to arrange to have the package delivered again. Please note this will incur a re-delivery fee of $9.95

What are the estimated delivery times? 

New South Wales: 2 - 5 business days *

Interstate: 3 - 8 business days *

  • We aim to pack and process your order within 1 - 2 business days (during weekdays)  

* Delivery time frames are an estimate only. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not deliver to a PO Box address.  We request delivery to a business or residential address as some of our gift boxes are perishable. 

Gift Boxes with alcohol

* No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18.  It's against the law.
