Shipping policy

We deliver our gift hampers Australia-wide via Australia Post. 

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or sms.

Standard Shipping

$17.95 per gift box

* Estimated delivery times for standard shipping:

NSW: 2 to 5 business days 

Interstate: 2 to 8 business days 

Express Shipping

$23.95 per gift box

* Estimated delivery times (Express shipping) 

New South Wales: 1 to 2+ business days 

Interstate: 1 to 3+ business days 

* Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

For large multiple orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or hospitals. Please provide a residential or business address. 

If no one is available to receive your gift, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place or direct the recipient to their nearest Post Office for collection. 

Gifts By EKA is not responsible for parcels once they have been delivered. 

If a re-delivery is required, we will contact you to arrange to have the package re-delivered. Please note this will incur a fee of $20.00
