Shipping policy


  • We deliver Australia-wide

  • Flat rate of $13.95 applies for standard shipping per gift box order

  • Express post is available at $20 per gift box (select at checkout) 

  • We ship via Australia Post

  • Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to confirm your order. 

  • You will be notified via email address and/or text message once your order has shipped.  A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order right through to delivery. 

  • For large orders of multiple gift boxes or corporate orders, please email giftsbyeka@outlook.com before placing your order so we can advise of your shipping costs.  This will depend on the size and weight of the box. 

When will my package be delivered? 

  • We aim to pack and process your order within 1 - 2 business days (during weekdays) 

  • Depending on your location, please allow an additional 2 - 8 days for transit times with our carriers for standard shipping.  This will vary depending on your location. 


What happens if I'm not home to accept the delivery?

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.  

  • Your package will be delivered contactless and left in a safe place at the discretion of the driver.  If it is not safe to leave the package, Australia Post will leave a calling card and your recipient can pick it up from the nearest Post Office.

  • We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.

  • If a re-delivery is required, we will contact you to arrange to have the packaged delivered again. Please note this will incur a re-delivery fee of $9.95

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.  We request delivery to a business or residential address as some items in our gift boxes are perishable.
