Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to confirm your order.

You will be notified via email address and/or text message once your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order right through to delivery.

For large orders of multiple gift boxes or corporate orders, please email giftsbyeka@outlook.com before placing your order so we can advise of your shipping costs. This will depend on the size and weight of the box.
When will my package be delivered?

We aim to pack and process your order within 1 - 2 business days (during weekdays)

Depending on your location, please allow an additional 2 - 8 days for transit times with our carriers for standard shipping. This will vary depending on your location.
What happens if I'm not home to accept the delivery?

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

Your package will be delivered contactless and left in a safe place at the discretion of the driver. If it is not safe to leave the package, Australia Post will leave a calling card and your recipient can pick it up from the nearest Post Office.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.

If a re-delivery is required, we will contact you to arrange to have the packaged delivered again. Please note this will incur a re-delivery fee of $9.95
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We request delivery to a business or residential address as some items in our gift boxes are perishable.
